Ingredients:
1 cup ground oats
2 scoops Rule One Protein WPI - Choose one of 19 flavours 🤤
6 Biscoff biscuits, crushed
2 tbsp Biscoff spread
2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
2 tbsp almond milk
For Decoration:
1 Biscoff biscuit, crushed
40g white chocolate, melted
Method:
1️⃣ Mix oats, R1 protein powder, Biscoff biscuits, spread, and cream cheese into a fine crumb.
2️⃣ Add almond milk and stir until thick dough forms.
3️⃣ Roll into 14 balls and freeze for 20 minutes.
4️⃣ Drizzle with melted white chocolate, sprinkle with Biscoff crumbs, and chill in the fridge for an hour.
